The return policy at Israel Today is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 or more days have passed since your purchase, refunds and exchanges are no longer possible.
Israel Today offers you a free return policy if the product does not meet your expectations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return is received at the Israel Today warehouse, it takes 3-5 days to process the return.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and a credit to your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically applied.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially registered.
Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for the refund to be posted.
